      Clients may have access to Conference venue from 07h30 and coffee / tea will be served from 08h00 onwards.
      Should a function continue for more than the time limit specified, an additional charge of R 300-00 per hour will be levied.


DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
Please note the venue will have to order in food for delegates with strict kosher requirements and a surcharge will be applicable.  Delegates with halaal requirements help themselves to food from the buffet.

PAYMENT
The client will be required to confirm the final amount of guests attending the conference no less than 1 week prior to the conference. Should less people attend on the day of the conference than previously confirmed, the client will becharged on the confirmed numberThe total account (except the bar) is payable before the start of the conference / functionAll outstanding amounts must be paidon the day of thefunction before departure.  Deposits are not refundable. No accounts will be negotiated! Pro forma invoices will be faxed to your offices for payment excluding the bar account.

DAMAGE TO PROPERTY
The client will be liable for all damages incurred to the venue or its contents during the function and indemnifies The Boma fully in respect thereof.  All damage to linen (including red wine & candle wax) or breakage of glasses will be for the customers account
